Ruslan Dumbravă is a highly experienced professional in auditing, accounting, and financial consultancy, with over 20 years of expertise in the field. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Audit (2003-2007) and a Master’s degree in Accounting, Audit, and Economic Analysis (2007-2008) from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova (ASEM). He further advanced his expertise through a PhD program (2008-2011) specializing in accounting, audit, and economic analysis. Additionally, he obtained the Certified Accounting Practitioner (CAP) certificate in 2008 and the Certified International Professional Accountant (CIPA) certificate in 2012. Before joining Moore, Ruslan worked at a mid-tier audit firm, where he progressed from an intern in 2012 to an auditor, gaining extensive experience in financial audits, tax advisory, and business consulting for national and international clients. Currently, as Audit Director at Moore, he leads complex projects, ensuring compliance with international standards while providing strategic solutions to optimize audit processes. His expertise spans various industries and regulatory environments, making him a trusted advisor in the field. Beyond his professional work, Ruslan is actively involved in the development of audit, accounting, and taxation regulations in the Republic of Moldova. He participates in legislative consultations, international conferences, and academic collaborations, contributing valuable insights to industry advancements. He is a full member of the "Association of Professional Accountants and Auditors of the Republic of Moldova" (ACAP RM) and serves as the President of the Taxation and Customs Committee within the Association of Romanian Investors in the Republic of Moldova.
